 Call  to Order:  The meeting was called to order.  Members and visitors were welcomed by

                            Marti Fann, President.

 

 REPORTS

 

Secretary:           The secretary read the March minutes which were accepted as read.

 

Treasurer :         There was no treasurer’s report

                          

Hospitality:         Louise Yuntz thanked Richard Leslie, Faye Henderson, Cindy Parris, and Louise Williams

                             for providing todays snacks.  Louise Yuntz also provided snacks.

 

Exhibits:             There will be a Spring Arts & Authors Fair Sat., May 14 at the library.  It is to be held inside

                             and out and our club will rent one tent.  There will also be a table if needed.  Participants will

                             pay $15.

                             

 

Website           Ruby DiVittorio is artist of the month for April.  

 

 

Old Business:  Members wishing to carpool to Kilmarnock to see the Va. WC Society show  will meet at the

                          the Foundation buildingMay 18 at 9:30 A.M. 

 

 

 

 Open Agenda & Kudos

            Faye Henderson, Janet Visser, Judy Harris and Marti Fann will be exhibiting their work in a show entitled, “No Boundaries” at ArtWorks.  Opening reception is April 22 at 7 p.m.

 Gayle Magruder announced she would like to be joined by others in making a bulk purchase of 140# cold press Arches paper.

The Fort Clifton Show is held on Mother’s Day weekend in Colonial Hgts.  Everyone was invited to come and check it out.

 

The next meeting will be May 27 , 10 AM at the Foundation Office.

 

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. 

 

After enjoying refreshments Bamie McCreight presented a program about what services are available at For Art Sake Gallery.
